KAGrowth Partners builds real operating leverage for founder-led companies.
KAGrowth Partners is a GTM design and engineering consultancy. We build the operating system behind growth: demand, sales workflows, CRM structure, reporting, and operating rhythm.
Most growing companies do not lack activity. They lack the operating layer behind it.
They have demand in pockets, deals in motion, and effort everywhere, but the system underneath is fragmented, manual, and living in the founder's head. KAGrowth exists to fix that exact stage of growth. It is the stretch after winging it stops working, before a full internal RevOps and marketing team makes sense.
We design how the sales motion should run, build it in your existing stack, and support adoption until it actually works. The work covers the full operating layer between demand and revenue.
Diagnose, Design, Deploy.
We identify where the engine breaks down across demand and operations, architect a cleaner operating model, and build and implement it so the team adopts it. Strategy, systems, and execution, in one engagement.
Founded by Graham Mull.

I spent two decades carrying quotas, leading sales teams, and building the systems behind them. Four years managing branches at Wells Fargo, then JPMorgan Chase, where my team went from the bottom 30% of the company to the top 20%. Branch banking meant a decade across the desk from local business owners. Nine years at Vanguard followed, first leading sales teams that captured over $2 billion in new assets in a single year, then as a Sales Executive growing an underperforming five-state territory 38% in my first full year. Then I hit the problem KAGrowth Partners exists to fix, from the inside. Building a book of business as an advisor, my pipeline lived in my calendar and my follow-up lived across five platforms duct-taped together with browser tabs. KAGrowth's first sales operating system build, serving as the founding revenue hire for an early-stage fintech, put me on daily calls with owners who hit an operational ceiling and started writing job descriptions. The missing piece was infrastructure: a pipeline they could trust, follow-up that happened without them, a process that survived a vacation. KAGrowth is where I build that for founder-led service businesses in Charlotte and the Carolinas. Most founders can hire someone who has carried a quota or someone who has built systems. This firm is how they get both.
How we hold ourselves to the work.
- Clear scope. Fixed deliverables, written assumptions, change orders for out-of-scope work.
- Practical systems over abstract frameworks.
- Direct communication. If there is not a fit, we say so.
- Measurable outcomes. Time saved, visibility gained, speed-to-follow-up, conversion lift, channel performance.
- Built in your stack, not on top of another platform project.
