It also filters for buyers who are serious about fixing the problem.

One revenue motion. Up to three stakeholder interviews. Review of your demand sources, CRM, and reporting. One readout. No implementation unless explicitly defined as a small proof-of-concept. Clear scope protects the quality of the diagnosis.
