KAGrowth Partners respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use kagrowth.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain so you know exactly what happens with your details.

Information we collect

We collect information in a few ways:

• Contact form submissions. When you reach out through our contact form, we collect your name, email, company, phone number, and the message you send.
• Scorecard, research, and field-notes requests. When you request our free sales-system scorecard, ask to be notified about a new edition of our research, or join our field-notes list, we collect the email address you enter so we can deliver the tool or send the update. Field-notes addresses are also stored with our email delivery provider, which is the list the send goes out from. We store it alongside the time you submitted it, your browser's user agent string, the web address of the page the form was submitted from, and the contents of the attribution cookies described below.
• Analytics and behavioral data. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. These services collect standard analytics data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and on-page interactions like clicks and scrolling.
• Attribution cookies. We set two cookies that record how you arrived at the site, so we can understand which channels bring people to us. The first is set for every visitor. It holds your earliest visit, and updates once if a later visit is the first to arrive from an identifiable source. The second updates whenever you arrive from an identifiable source, so it holds your most recent one. Each cookie can store the campaign tags in the link you followed, advertising click identifiers from Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, the address of the page that referred you, the page you landed on, and the time. Referring addresses are reduced to the site and page before storage, with any query string or anchor removed. Both cookies expire 90 days after they are set.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and follow up about a possible engagement.
• Deliver the scorecard and any resource you request.
• Send our field notes to the people who asked for them.
• Understand how the site is used and improve its content and performance.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you. That includes our email delivery provider, which sends form submissions and the scorecard, our content platform, which stores the site's content and the records our forms create, and our analytics providers, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and for attribution. The attribution cookies described above are set by this site and expire after 90 days. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set their own cookies, with lifetimes set by those services. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you clear cookies that are already stored. You can also opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the site work.

Data retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as we need it to respond to you, maintain our business records, and meet legal obligations. We do not delete it on a fixed schedule. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will. The attribution cookies we set expire 90 days after they are written. Analytics data is retained according to the standard settings of the analytics services we use.

Your choices and rights
